The National Eucharistic Revival calls every Catholic across the United States to rekindle the fire of love and devotion for the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus. Every Catholic diocese, parish, school, apostolate, and family is invited to be a part of renewing the Church by fostering a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.
This nationwide revival was launched on the Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi), June 19, 2022. It runs through July of 2024. Dioceses will host Eucharistic Congresses and processions. This revival culminates in a National Eucharistic Congress, one not held in the United States in almost fifty years.
From July 17 to 21, 2024, thousands of Catholics journeyed on pilgrimage to Indianapolis, IN to personally encounter Jesus in the Eucharist and were then sent back into their parishes and communities to share their experiences.
As the congress starts the National Eucharistic Revival’s third year, the 'Year of Mission", it encourages Catholics to intentionally accompany a person on his/her faith journey back to the Faith via its “Walk with One” initiative. The year also invites Catholics to become Eucharistic missionaries, taking them further into the Eucharistic mystery and heightens their understanding of how it affects their life.
The revival will be capped by the International Eucharistic Congress, scheduled for June 19, 2025.
