Gifting a Hymnal

Dear Parish Family,

The parish has recently purchased new hymnals and this is an opportunity for you to memorialize or honor someone near and dear to you! The new hymnal is the hardbound 5th edition of the St. Michael Hymnal. We will begin using them in all four of our churches in the near future. The move to a permanent hymnal and away from our previous subscription service will be a savings for our parish.

To help defray the initial cost, parishioners can have a hymnal dedicated in memory or honor of a family member, a friend, a priest who served the parish, a religious who inspired you in school, or even a saint! The donation is $25 per hymnal. The tribute bookplate will be placed on the inside front cover. Upon donating you will also indicate the church in which you would like the hymnal to be placed.

Please use the form (DOWNLOAD HERE or as found in the bulletin) to arrange a hymnal donation and tribute. As indicated on the form, the top line is fixed and based on whether the person is ‘living’ or ‘deceased’. Please remember that the submitted information must fit on the second line which has a 40-character limit. The following are example tributes:

The deadline to order is June 6, 2022.  Please place yours ASAP.
