The gospel predicts end times; our challenge though is to live faithfully now. St. Vincent de Paul often asked this simple question: “What would Jesus Christ do if He were in my place now? Ask yourself, “What would Jesus Christ do?” Then put your gift in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Poor Box so that those who are suffering will be able to celebrate Thanksgiving. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Please be aware that scammers are emailing and texting parishioners, claiming to be their pastor and asking for gift cards. If you receive an email or text from someone who claims to be your priest, asking for gift cards or money, do not respond; do not click on anything in the email or text. Call the parish office immediately to report it. Anyone who has given money or gift cards in response to such a request should call the police. Your clergy will never make an urgent request for money or gift cards via email or text. If you wonder whether a parish request for giving is legitimate, call your parish office and ask.
You are invited to take part in an evening of prayer, reflection and discussion with Bishop David Zubik regarding the On Mission for The Church Alive! initiative. Open meetings will be held at churches representing each of the regions in the diocese. (click heading for further information)
