Br. Cassian will be hosting a Lector Training Workshop for lectors at St. John the Baptist on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at 11:00AM. This training will be for new lectors and a refresher for our current lectors. We would like to begin using lectors at our Masses soon. Training for lectors at our other parishes will be announced soon.
We believe that every child is a precious gift of God. It is truly wonderful that you wish to share your faith with your child, for Jesus Himself said: “Let the children come to me.” As you begin the task of bringing up your child in the Catholic Church, first time parents who wish to present their child for Baptism are required to take a one-time Baptism Preparation Class.
