Though no public celebration of the Mass can occur right now, the church worship sites within our parish grouping are open for private prayer, reflection, and personal devotions. For details, click on the heading.
Confession is available as regularly scheduled on Saturdays at all four churches in our grouping. (To respect the sacredness of the sacrament, we are not offering parking lot confessions at this time.) At each church site you will see some very slight accommodations for the sake of privacy and hygiene. When in church, you are asked to maintain social distancing. Please note that evening and Friday afternoon confessions with Fr. Regis are cancelled until public Masses are permitted again.
A daily Mass celebrated in the Student Chapel at St. Vincent College, Latrobe, PA at 12:05PM by Benedictine Fr. Canice McMullen as well as the daily Mass offered by Word on Fire are available for spiritual enrichment. For details, click on the heading.

The Christian Mothers April Meeting is cancelled and the Annual Tea Party and Luncheon is postponed until further notice. The Christian Mothers hope to resume meeting on September 15, 2020 at 6:00PM. The Church of St. John the Baptist, Monaca is open on weekdays from 7:00AM to 3:00PM and on weekends from 7:00AM to 1:00PM for private prayer. The number allowed in church is never to exceed 10 people at one time. Please practice appropriate social distancing when present.

The title for this announcement is taken from an Irish expression for 'odds & ends' and is also the name of a series of Lenten Reflections on the daily Mass readings prepared by Fathers Martin, Thomas and Joachim; Deacons Bob and Joe; and seminarian David Schmidt. The 54th Annual Beaver County Holy Name Society Awards Banquet will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at St. Frances Cabrini Hall. Our parish Blessed John Vercelli honoree this year is Susan Polce. The Annual Community Lenten Luncheons will be held on Wednesdays during Lent from 12Noon to 12:45PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 819 Washington Avenue, Monaca. A Youth Mass will be offered on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 6:00PM in the Church of St. John the Baptist, 1409 Pennsylvania Avenue, Monaca. All are welcome. The Fifty+Friends will meet on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 12noon in Msgr. Farri Hall of St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center. (This will allow those who wish to attend the Lenten Luncheon to do so.) On Monday, March 23, 2020 at 7:00PM a Baptism Preparation Class will be held in Fatima House at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Hopewell Township (opposite the main entrance of the school).
