The MQS Parish Administrative Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 28/29, 2024 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will re-open on Monday, December 2, 2024. Let us give thanks to the Lord for He is good. Happy Thanksgiving!

The Knights of Columbus #5825 (Trinity Council) invite you to a Free Pancake Breakfast with Santa on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Church, Monaca. Stop by between 8:30AM and 11:00AM for a morning of delicious food and festive fun. Bring your family and friends; all are welcome!

Oplatki, a traditional Christmas wafer often shared at Christmas Eve or Christmas Day dinner, will be available at each of the four churches of our parish. A donation of $3.00 is requested for each packet of three wafers.

Experience a fun time at Merchandise Bingo Night! This fundraiser will be held at 7:00PM on Monday, December 16, 2024 in Fr. O’Connell Hall, located on the grounds of St. Frances Cabrini Church. Cost is $7 per person; includes bingo, food, and prizes!

On Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 9:00 AM to Noon at Our Lady of Fatima School, in Kohler Hall, the Confraternity of Christian Mothers will host an Advent morning of reflection on the theme of Waiting for God with Fr. Joseph Mele, as the keynote speaker.

SFC Frances Cabrini 50+ will hold it’s 33rd Annual Christmas Luncheon on Thursday, December 12, 2024 in Fr. O’Connell Hall. A catered buffet will be served at noon. In light of the National Eucharistic Revival and Congress, the Diocese of Pittsburgh has partnered with St. Paul Street Evangelization to offer a unique one-day free workshop. In this workshop you will be helped to discover and understand missionary discipleship based on Eucharistic sending, how to invite others back to Mass who have yet to return, anticipate various conversations, and more. The Faith Formation Office is in need of two adults to assist the 7th grade catechist at the St. Frances Cabrini site every other Sunday morning. No teaching is required. We are also have need of substitute catechists for Sunday morning classes. Contact Deanna at 724.774.4888 for further details.
