The 50+ Friends will meet on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at noon in Monsignor Farri Hall, 1501 Virginia Avenue, Monaca. Please join in for a light lunch, followed by bingo or cards. Good will donation is $2; bingo is a quarter a card; and card players pay 50 cents. There will be a 50/50 raffle. Bring a friend and join us for a fun afternoon. This past Monday, the Pastoral Center experienced a power issue. Halama Electric was called to assess the problem, and Duquesne Light determined that the transformer had blown. A new transformer was installed, but upon restoring power, the lines from the transformer to the main breaker in the Pastoral Center were damaged. These lines will need to be replaced and inspected. Consequently, all activities at the Pastoral Center are CANCELLED. We have been informed that resolving this issue may take up to two weeks, though we hope it will be sooner.

Delicious frozen potato pierogi will be available for sale on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Saint Titus Church following the 10:00AM Mass to 1:00PM or until sold out. The price is $11 per dozen. You can secure your order in advance by calling Elena at 724.378.8374 or you can stop by Titan Hall to make your purchase. Pierogi are a great addition to a graduation party, summer cook-out, or just to have in the freezer for a quick dinner.
The Knights of Columbus #5825 will be holding a FREE Pancake & Sausage Breakfast in Fr. O’Connell Hall, located on the grounds of Saint Frances Cabrini Church, on June 2, 2024 from 8:30AM to 11:00AM. All donations will go to our K of C charities. All are welcome to attend.
St. Frances Cabrini Church will be closed all day on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 for a maintenance project. The weekend of May 18/19, 2024, there will be a second collection to benefit Catholic Relief Services (CRS). When we as parishioners participate in the collection, we support grants to organizations that not only aid people with urgent needs, such as victims of wars and disasters, but also help solve long-term challenges like environmental destruction.
