The more than life-size crucifixion scene,
with Mary Magdalene weeping at the Master's feet,
while John the Beloved and the Holy Mother look on
as Christ offers up His life
in completion of the work of salvation,
is a landmark and moving piece
that draws the attention of all who visit.

Eternal rest
grant unto them, O Lord,
and let perpetual light
shine upon them.

May the souls
of the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God,
rest in peace.

Not far from the crucifixion scene
is a memorial raised in gratitude
and tribute to the priests
who have served the parish church
and community.
